Submit a proposal

If you think you have what we’re looking for and are ready to take on an equity investor then we’d like to hear from you.

To help ensure our ability to effectively evaluate your proposal, we ask you submit an accurate and complete proposal by completing the following and attaching all relative documents.

Once we receive a completed proposal, we will do a preliminary review. If we believe your business plans meet with our investment criteria and would be a potential match we will request a meeting.

Due to the volume of proposals received, we are unable to respond to all inquiries. New Fashion Ventures is a small investment group and incubator and must be very selective in which projects we invest in. Don’t be discouraged if your project is not adopted, it most likely means we are too busy with other projects or it’s just not a perfect match for us at this time.

It is important to understand that there are many great business concepts out there. Some are original; some improve upon an old idea. Many are duplicated by more than one imaginative mind thinking along a similar path. As such we do not sign nondisclosure or confidentiality agreements in connection with submissions of proposals. Submissions should not disclose any proprietary or confidential information. New Fashion Ventures does not accept any obligation of confidentiality with regard to information submitted during the initial screening process.
